Todd Zegers is a passionate entrepreneur and most recently the global leader of Ingram Micro’s ITAD & Reverse Logistics business unit from 2015 through 2022. His experience in the ITAD industry dates back to 2003, when he left his post at a top Tempe, AZ based IT reseller to co-found GreenAssetDisposal, an ITAD company focused on serving F1000 clients worldwide. In 2009, after nearly six years of incredible growth, GreenAssetDisposal was sold to CloudBlue. Zegers became part of the executive leadership team and led the sales & marketing organization from 2009 through 2013, until being acquired by Ingram Micro in 2013.
During his professional career, Zegers invested in education, environmental stewardship, and philanthropic efforts. His efforts included participation in the Executive Education Program at Stanford University, FANE Program at Columbia University, e-Stewards Leadership Council, Executive Member f the Coalition for American Electronics Recycling (CAER), Board Member of the Orange Country United Way and Chair of the United for Financial Security Chapter, and the Vice President of the Super Charlie Foundation.
Tim Suhling has spent his career partnering with stakeholders across multiple functions to deliver profitable growth solutions. Tim joined Circular Integrity after leading a successful ITAD and Reverse Logistics organization in the role of Chief Revenue Officer. Previously, Tim held several leadership roles at Ingram Micro where he led various global sales, analytic, pricing, marketing, and demand generation functions. Each role advanced his qualifications in delivering excellence to OEMs, MSPs, VARs and Global Enterprises.
Throughout his career Tim has focused on continued learning and stewardship. Tim participated in the Executive Education Program at Stanford University and volunteers his time as a PTA leader in his local school district, school district fundraising chair, volunteer at the Los Angeles Regional Food Bank and youth sports coach.
With over two decades of dedicated staff support and client coordination, Karen excels in optimizing operational effectiveness and providing proactive assistance. During her tenure with Ingram Micro from 2000 to 2023, she played a pivotal role in supporting both the Mobility and Global ITAD divisions.
Karen Fedder has approached every position she has held with the mindset of a business owner. Her 14-year career with Blancco and the way she treated her clients, partners, and internal colleagues attributed to her success and outstanding reputation in the ITAD industry. Her track record in her professional career speaks for itself with top awards and recognition in the technology sector, which included an early accomplishment of being the top female producer in computer hardware sales and the first to achieve the $1m sales mark in a month early on in her career. Karen has been an active member of Narcotics Anonymous since 1995. She answers the helplines, visits women’s prisons, and is willing to help anyone, anywhere who wants to get help with the disease of addiction.

Most recently, as the VP of Marketing at Sage Sustainable Electronics Alaina led a transformative brand refresh that modernized Sage’s brand positioning, enhanced customer engagement, and dramatically improved Sage’s eCommerce and online resale performance.
