Anna-Lynn Mancini

Anna-Lynn Mancini is a seasoned executive with diverse experience in Operations and Information Technology. For over 20 years, she has led teams in industries such as healthcare, insurance, consulting, software, and most recently, data center management and crypto. Her roles and accountabilities have been wide-ranging and include global operations management, compliance and controls, IT asset management, business transformation, organizational change management, procurement, and even data center construction. She is a servant leader, dedicated to creating outstanding work cultures, developing and mentoring others, and building high-performing teams. In addition to her corporate career, Anna-Lynn has owned her own consulting firm for the last ten years, providing advisory services to independent business owners and non-profit organizations. She is a proud alumna of Quinnipiac University where she graduated Summa Cum Laude, and she is a passionate advocate for veterans’ causes, women’s issues and the caretaking of the environment.
