President & CEO

TIM SUHLING

Tim Suhling has spent his career partnering with stakeholders across multiple business functions within the IT and Circular Technology verticals to deliver profitable growth solutions. Tim joined Circular Integrity after leading a successful ITAD and Reverse Logistics organization in the role of Chief Revenue Officer. Previously, Tim held several leadership roles at Ingram Micro where he led various global sales, analytic, pricing, marketing, and demand generation functions. Each role advanced his qualifications in delivering excellence to OEMs, ITADs, MSPs, VARs and Global Enterprises.

Throughout his career Tim has focused on continued learning and stewardship. Tim graduated from the University of Minnesota with a BS in Finance and received an MBA from DePaul University.  Additionally, Tim participated in the Executive Education Program at Stanford University.  In his free time Tim volunteers within his local school district and is a youth sports coach.

LEAH POLLEN

Leah Pollen is a results-driven strategist specializing in increasing profitability for IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) and Circular Tech businesses. With a strong background in pricing strategy, financial modeling, and global market analysis, Leah has spent her career optimizing revenue streams and driving business performance through data-driven decision-making.

Prior to partnering with Circular Integrity, Leah served as a Senior Pricing Analyst at PCS Wireless, where she was responsible for driving profitability across multiple global programs. She also led the design and development of new initiatives to ensure they launched with a strong, scalable foundation for margin growth. At PCS, Leah worked with major global players such as Google, Amazon, Best Buy, Walmart, and T-Mobile—applying data-driven pricing strategies to improve competitiveness and deliver measurable results in the secondary electronics market. Her expertise spans import/export regulations, competitive positioning, and operational efficiency—making her an invaluable asset for ITAD companies looking to refine their revenue strategies.

Leah now brings her expertise to Circular Integrity as a Revenue Architect—helping ITAD businesses design and implement revenue-boosting strategies tailored to their unique market challenges.
