TIM SUHLING
Tim Suhling is a seasoned leader with deep expertise in the ITAD and Circular Technology sectors. Over his career, Tim has built a reputation for delivering profitable, scalable growth by aligning stakeholders across revenue, operations, and strategic investment.
Before joining Circular Integrity, Tim served as Chief Revenue Officer for a leading ITAD and reverse logistics provider. He also held multiple senior leadership roles at Ingram Micro, where he led global teams across sales, marketing, analytics, pricing, and demand generation—serving OEMs, ITADs, MSPs, VARs, and global enterprises.
At Circular Integrity, Tim leads with a blend of vision, execution, and stewardship. He is particularly focused on supporting clients through M&A, capital planning, and market expansion initiatives that align with long-term sustainability goals.
Tim holds a B.S. in Finance from the University of Minnesota, an MBA from DePaul University, and completed executive education at Stanford University. Outside of work, Tim volunteers within his local school district and coaches youth sports, staying true to his belief in building strong communities both in business and in life.
